From I-91 North or South, follow the signs for Rt.20 (West Springfield). The Church is located one block north of Route 20 and one block west of Route 5, on the west side of the North End Bridge in West Springfield. As you cross the North End Bridge over the Connecticut River, you arrive at a rotary. Exit the rotary on Elmdale St. (in between Cumberland Farms and Dunkin' Donuts).
